The ADD Trier has commissioned us to create posters and flyers on the topic of "Complaints and feedback management" in reception centres for asylum seekers.
The aim is to give asylum seekers the opportunity to express criticism, problems and complaints anonymously by telephone or e-mail.
The aim is for the criticism to be received first and then forwarded to the relevant departments or to seek a solution to the problem directly.
The flyers and posters were produced in a total of eight different languages.
We think this is an extremely successful campaign ist💪🏻
