The ADD Trier has commissioned us to create posters and flyers on the topic of \"Complaints and feedback management\" in reception centres for asylum seekers.<\/p>\n

The aim is to give asylum seekers the opportunity to express criticism, problems and complaints anonymously by telephone or e-mail.<\/p>\n

The aim is for the criticism to be received first and then forwarded to the relevant departments or to seek a solution to the problem directly.<\/p>\n

The flyers and posters were produced in a total of eight different languages.<\/p>\n
